Will Taylor
With nearly a decade of hands-on experience in pool service and repair, Will brings deep expertise in water chemistry and long-term pool care. His meticulous approach ensures each pool remains perfectly balanced, helping extend the life of surfaces and equipment while keeping water crystal clear and safe.
Before entering the pool industry, Will proudly served in the United States Navy, where he specialized in Logistics, Intelligence, and Recruiting. His military background instilled a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and a commitment to excellence—values he brings to every project at MyPoolRenovators.

JT Grace
JT brings a strong foundation in construction and project management, with years of experience overseeing high-end residential builds across Florida. His eye for design, commitment to craftsmanship, and hands-on approach ensure that every pool renovation or new build is completed with precision, integrity, and care.
As a Florida native, JT understands the unique needs of homeowners in the Sunshine State—from navigating permitting and soil conditions to building pools that are as durable as they are beautiful. He’s deeply invested in the client experience, treating each project as if it were his own backyard.
